1. When Koolr/Koolr plus is plugged in, the controller does not display temperature at all. Check your outlet to make sure there is power going to outlet by plugging in a lamp. Fuse may be blown and can be easily replaced with spare fuse provided on back of controller. Click on below image for instructions.

2. When unit is plugged in, the controller displays incomplete numbers (numbers are missing some segments) or showing gibberish. Controller is corrupt and needs to be replaced. Click on below image for order form and instructions.

5. Cooling unit part loose or touching and odd noises occur. Click on below image for instructions.
Strain Relief Out: This occurs in rough handling of unit during shipping.

Transformer Out: This occurs in rough handling of unit during shipping, but can be easily remedied.

Copper Tube Touching: Rattling noises can result from copper tubes touching.

Damage Coil Fins: This occurs in rough handling of unit during shipping or installation.
