Goods may be returned within a period of (30) days from the original date of purchase.  The goods are to be returned shipping prepaid and a Return Authorization Number must appear on the exterior of the box.  If a Return Authorization Number is not present the goods may be refused. 

The item must be unused, in its original box along with the original packing materials.  Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed and up to a 25% restocking fee may apply.

For your protection, please insure the package when shipping it back to us.  Koolr Products Inc. cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please complete the “Request for Return Authorization” form.  A Return Authorization Number will be provided along with details where to return goods.

Re-imbursement will be made when all of the above conditions have been met.
