To initiate your diagnostic you must do the following simple test:

STEPS

1. Place your hand on the “cold side (at front or side of the unit)” and feel if there is even a small amount of cool air coming out.

2. Now place your hand on the “warm side (at back of the unit)” and feel if there is even a small amount of warm air coming out.

If you detect even a small amount of cool air and a small amount of warm air, then please follow the test on the "Not Cooling Enough" page.

If you did NOT detect even a small amount of cool air and a small amount of warm air, then please follow the test on the "Absolutely No Cooling" page.
